Well. That only about puts a cherry on this launch week, doesn’t it? Street Fighter 5’s servers predictably collapsed on recover day, though they’ve been unpleasantly sketchy as a days hurl on – notwithstanding Capcom’s explain a infancy of issues had been resolved by a finish of a week.
A second smoke-stack of fixes over a weekend done some progress, though clearly whatever it is that’s left wrong with Capcom’s server tech is critical adequate to aver holding a whole thing offline until it can be fixed.
This would all be reduction of a headache if Street Fighter 5 had adequate offline content, though it’s really most focused on online rival play. Capcom has pronounced it’s looking in to adding Arcade mode, thankfully, and more story mode content is on a way.
